Non-exclusive Rights and Conditions:
You (artist, company, etc.) are permitted one commercial use only for a mixtape, album, demo, radio, etc. Green Fingaz still owns full rights (mechanical/licensing/publishing) to the instrumental which means the non-exclusive leases can be redistributed by Green Fingaz.
Distribution Limits are negotiable, but as follows:
Distribution Limit is not to exceed 1,100 hard copies and 1,100 downloads (or 2,200 total distributions).
Green Fingaz must be notified via email (greenfingaz@gmail.com) before using the instrumental beyond the Distribution Limit of 1,100 hard copies and 1,100 downloads (or 2,200 total distributions).
Green Fingaz must be notified via email (greenfingaz@gmail.com) before altering the instrumental in any manner (rapping, singing, commercials, editing, etc.) or before any attempts at registering any works for copyright or publishing purposes.
Kory "Green Fingaz" Small must receive production credit on any printed (cd inserts, etc.) or published material containing any instrumental produced by Kory "Green Fingaz" Small.
A finished copy of the song, commercial, or any alterations (rapping, singing, commercials, editing, etc.) must be emailed to greenfingaz@gmail.com upon completion along with a link to where music will be made available for download.
Delivery Method:
A download link to the 256 - 320 kbps mp3 file ("AS IS") will be sent to your email within the next 24 hours after payment is received. Exclusive purchases are delivered in individual 24-bit wav files or a stereo mix with levels set for pre-mastering conditions.
